Our panoramic view cedar barrel sauna at Lake View retreats offers a truly unique and unforgettable experience. Nestled in a beautiful natural setting overlooking the lake, our sauna provides the perfect place to unwind, relax and take in the stunning panoramic views.

Our sauna is a cedar barrel sauna, a type of sauna that's becoming increasingly popular due to its aesthetic appeal and health benefits. The cedar wood used to build the sauna has natural anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties, which means it's hygienic and good for your skin. 

Inside the sauna, the temperature can reach up to 80-90°C, which is perfect for sweating out toxins and stress. The heat also stimulates blood circulation, which can help to relieve muscle tension and promote relaxation. We recommend that you spend around 10-15 minutes in the sauna, followed by a cool-down period. Bookable at our retreat at 1 hour time slots.

One of the best things about our sauna is the panoramic view that it offers. As you relax and enjoy the heat, you can take in the breath-taking views of the lake and surrounding nature. It's the perfect way to escape the stresses of everyday life and connect with nature.
